Detroit was a popular selection to take the AL Central this season and with good cause. The front four in their batting lineup is one of the best in the league. Austin Jackson leads off followed former Twin Torii Hunter, Miguel Cabrera and Prince Fielders.

The Tigers lost two of three to start the season at Minnesota. Thanks a suspect bullpen they have exactly been a dominant team early on.
