Ian Kinsler’s single in the eighth inning lifted the Texas Rangers to a 3-2 victory over visiting Los Angeles on Friday at Arlington. The Rangers had trailed the Angels 2-1 into the bottom of the seventh when Adrian Bell tree smacked two-out home run off Angels reliever Garrett Richards.
The Rangers improve their record to 2-1. The Angels now occupy the basement of the American League West with a wanted to record, one full game behind Texas.
